If, in the process of supporting a partner with PTSD, you’ve had to put caring for yourself on the back burner in order to take care of your family and “keep the train on the tracks,” you’re not alone. Perhaps you’ve tried everything to help your partner and manage your household while quietly suffering from your own anxiety, depression, anger, or hopelessness. You’re not alone.
When we give and give and give without replenishing our internal resources, we can exacerbate our own suffering and contribute to family patterns of codependency, pain, and resentment, finding ourselves stuck in patterns we know aren’t serving us. We’ve learned that living from a place of knowing and honoring your worth creates a strong foundation for supporting others and being of-service in a way that is nourishing instead of draining.
Our programs are designed to help you reconnect to yourself, to build the tools necessary to address your own trauma, to help you connect with a community of people like you, and to remind you that you bring value to the world just by being in it. Regardless of how productive you are or how much you’re giving to others, you matter, and you deserve to heal.

Three-Session Group Coaching Program
For every Heroic Hearts Project Veteran retreat, we offer three group coaching sessions to the spouses/partners of the veterans attending.
