Transformation and Integration Coach - Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

Hannah Kimyon is a coach, licensed Oregon Psilocybin Facilitator, and strategic leader in the veteran healing space. She serves as Chief of Staff at Heroic Hearts Project, where she helps design and oversee programs supporting veterans and their loved ones as they navigate trauma, transition, and post-traumatic growth.

At The Hope Project, Hannah works directly with spouses and partners as a coach and facilitator. Her work centers on helping women reconnect with themselves beyond the roles they have had to carry for so long. She brings a grounded, trauma-informed approach that integrates mindfulness, parts work, somatic awareness, and meaning-making in a way that feels practical and deeply human. Clients often describe her presence as steady and intuitive, someone who listens closely and creates space for what is true.

Hannah is especially passionate about the often unseen experience of loving someone with military trauma. She believes spouses deserve their own space for healing and reflection, not just support in holding everything together. She also believes that healing does not happen in isolation. Safe community and the experience of being witnessed without judgment are essential. Whether in one-on-one coaching or retreat settings, she prioritizes creating environments where people feel secure enough to soften, to be seen in their truth, and to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been set aside.
