Our Psychedelic Retreats help veteran spouses and partners suffering from trauma access the care they need TODAY.
Our retreat programs are open to all current and former veteran spouses and partners in addition to Gold Star Spouses.
Our retreat programs are typically held in Mexico where psychedelics, such as psilocybin, are legal and are designed specifically with the unique experience of being a veteran partner in mind.
Before arriving, participants engage in guided preparation with a Hope Project coach. These sessions are not about “getting it right,” but about building safety, clarifying intentions, and strengthening internal resources. Preparation helps participants understand what may arise, how to navigate vulnerability in a group setting, and how to approach the retreat experience with steadiness and self-trust.
During the retreat, participants are supported by experienced facilitators and coaches in a contained, trauma-informed environment. Equal care is given to the group container as to the individual journey. Community is not an afterthought. It is part of the medicine.
After returning home, integration support continues. Dedicated sessions help participants make sense of what surfaced and translate insight into real changes within relationships, boundaries, and daily life. We believe that being witnessed in a safe, honest community is essential to lasting change. Spouses deserve not only relief, but belonging.
